By checking this box I'm recognizing that I have read and am agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- the session fee is due in full at booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable
- I will be emailed my choice of time slot and understand there is no switching of time slots once I have chosen my time.
- If there is only one time slot left, that I will be available to take that slot.
- If I am late to my session, I am forfeiting my time and will not be able to make up any time I have missed. I understand that this may result in the loss of the # of delivered images.
- Under no circumstances will I have access to the RAW digital files
- That the edited digital files I receive will be chosen and edited at the Photographer's discretion and artistic style, and that I will not edit over or apply filters when sharing and posting to social media
- That I will tag and credit the Photographer when sharing to social media
- That the convenience fee is applied due to credit card and processing fees and that the Photographer does not receive any profit from this
